• PC is slowing down

Upgrade with more memory. This is very common with old pc’s, The memory has been used up. The memory is where windows load its programs.

• Turn if off and on again

This sounds mad but this is WHY it works. It's recommend waiting at least 10 seconds for the memory to drain out of the memory plug hole. Memory has capacitance that needs 6-10 seconds to drain. If you are experience problems with applications sometimes rebooting your PC will also help the application to function correctly.

• Internet has stopped working

First thing to so is check with your Internet Provider (BT, Virgin Media, Sky) that there isn't any known problems affecting your line or local area. If your ISP confirms nothing is wrong their end then please try the following:

1. Check the power light in on your router or cable modem
2. Check cables between your router or cable modem are plugged in to your computer securely.
3. Open internet explorer and go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTION, BROWSING HISTORY, DELETE. Delete temporary internet files and cookies. Close internet explorer and open it again.
